2015 NRA World Shooting Championship

On September 24-26, the NRA World Shooting Championship, presented by Magpul, will be held at the Peacemaker National Training Center in Glengary, West Virginia. The NRA will gather the world’s top shooters, as well as the next generation of competitors to test their prowess in virtually every type of major firearms shooting sports. Featuring stages in pistol, rifle, shotgun, and combined firearms, shooters will compete in 12 disciplines over three days.

NRA World Shooting Championship Stages

NRA World Shooting Championship officials will evaluate a shooters ability to compete in Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun and Combined Firearms sports.

Generation III Gun Championship

The Generation III Gun championship has six divisions including Heavy Irons, Heavy Optics, Open, Tactical Irons, Tactical Optics, and Thursday Shooter. Award categories include Junior, Lady, Law Enforcement, Military, Range Officer, Senior, Sponsored Shooter, and Thursday Shooter. Scoring will be based on time with stage points.

Vadasz Wins Seventh National Police Shooting Championship

Robert Vadasz won the NRA National Police Shooting Championship with a Grand Aggregate score of 3471-230X.

Competitors' Corner: November

The Bianchi Cup, presented by MidwayUSA, will have a format change for 2016. Everyone will complete the normal 1920 aggregate. The top individuals will compete in a second Championship Event to determine the Cup winners. This change will not affect anything won in the first aggregate and the only competitors affected are the top individuals.

Interview with 2015 NPSC Champion Robert Vadasz

Robert Vadasz now has the second most wins in NPSC history. In this interview he speaks about this year’s NPSC championship victory, and how competitive shooting is an excellent training aid for law enforcement.
