Tokyo Olympics Organizers announce new dates for 2021 Summer Games.

The postponement could cost a staggering $6 billion. Both the Japanese Government and the IOC would share the bill.

Tokyo Olympics organizers and the IOC have been forced to cut hospitality extras and other amenities out of next year's postponed Games.
