To celebrate the historic move from its longtime headquarters in Massachusetts to Tennessee, Smith & Wesson has released 2,100 M&P 15T II specially engraved rifles.
Smith & Wesson has been based in Springfield, Mass., since the company was incorporated in 1852.
Smith completed the finals with 55 hits on 60 targets.
There is no buyer lined up as of late, but we expect many interested parties.
Released in 1993 for IPSC and USPSA Limited-division competitive shooters as a major power factor round, the .356 TSW produces a 182-power factor. Later on, IPSC and USPSA would rule that a cartridge had to be at least .40 cal. to qualify for major power factor in Limited division, leaving the .356 TSW without an audience and essentially doomed.
