Currently ranked No. 1 in the world for air rifle, NRA All-American Mary Tucker has distinguished herself in the collegiate world after winning two NCAA championships. Later this month, she will make her Olympic debut in Tokyo, Japan.

Stetson Bardfield is the seventh member of the Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020 Team. The Games will be Bardfield’s first Games debut.

Last month, USA Shooting announced the nominees for the Paralympic Games in Tokyo this summer.

“It’s my first time in Japan and at the Games, so to have my best friend there with me is really comforting, especially when the competition and chaos begins,” said Henry Leverett.

A short guide about watching the Tokyo Olympics, specifically the shooting competitions.

Jack Leverett, III, will compete in the men's 25-meter rapid-fire pistol event in Japan, and will be shooting with brother Henry Leverett. The announcement comes after the Jun. 23 ruling that Keith Sanderson was excluded from the U.S. Shooting Team after a U.S. Center for SafeSport suspension.

After the Olympic Smallbore Rifle Trials last month, USA Shooting added the final competitors to qualify for the team that will head to Tokyo, Japan, next month for the Summer Olympic Games.

While the pandemic delay provided extra practice time for the U.S. Olympic Shotgun Team, in July they will finally compete on the world stage at the Tokyo Olympics.

Mary Tucker, Sagen Maddalena, Patrick Sunderman and Nick Mowrer will head to Tokyo in July. The four shooters secured the final four spots after the conclusion of the second part of the U.S. Smallbore Olympic Trials.
