There were 80 women from 17 states that traveled to Lucas Ranch in Missouri to compete in the 2022 A Girl & A Gun Team Pistol and Multigun Challenge matches
The two-day all-ladies match offered eight challenging multi-gun stages, all on natural terrain.
Krauss, age 14, garnered the top combined scores for sporting clays, trap, and 5-stand at the match.
The Second Amendment Teen Hunters Program not only encourages those interested in the outdoors, hunting and shooting sports to learn more about their rights as U.S. citizens―it also promotes the NRA along with other local and national organizations. The goal is to spread the joy that the shooting sports and spending time outdoors contributes to both young and old alike.
