Last year, Sellmark expanded its brands and product offerings, and now the company is adding a 50,000 square-foot building to its international headquarters located in Mansfield, Texas. (Mansfield is part of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.)

The new two-story building will be full of amenities, including conference rooms, a large showroom, two weight rooms, cardio machines, yoga room, basketball court, luxury cafeteria with smoothie bar, breakroom, café, coffee bar, covered patio, observation balcony, nature trails and an employee wellness center. The additions are part of an effort to provide healthy options for employees for exercise, nutrition, nature connectiveness and overall wellness.

The additional space will also provide extra warehouse capacity, expanded internal production facilities and a product development floor to support Sellmark’s future growth. Brands that reside under the Sellmark umbrella include Sightmark, Pulsar, Firefield and Kopfjäger.

Sellmark CEO, James Sellers, is excited for the expansion, with high praise for the Mansfield area.

“Mansfield has been a fantastic community to grow our business. This city has been wonderful for our employees and their families and we can’t wait for this next phase of development.”

Mansfield Chamber of Commerce President and CEO, Lori Williams, said she is happy that a top company such as Sellmark is expanding its Mansfield HQ facility.

“This move further propels Sellmark as one of the best employers in the city, if not the whole region.”

Binks Construction CEO, Steve Binkley, expects December 2021 to be the completion date for the expansion.
