Besting 339 fellow competitors (combined men and women), Lenseigne had a winning time of 68.1 seconds after five combined titles. She was competing with her Kenda Lenseigne Signature Series Smokechaser holster and belt, a rig setup designed for mounted shooting.

One of her best times was on stage four where Lenseigne, along with her horse Sparky, breezed through the stage in a phenomenal 9.8 seconds.

“We came to the 2018 World Finals to defend our 2017 Overall title and [we] did just that,” said Lenseigne.

This is the fouth CMSA Overall World Champion Cowgirl title Lenseigne has won.

Two were on my now retired horse, Justin, in 2009 and 2014, and two were on my horse Sparky in 2017 and 2018,” added Lenseigne.

Lenseigne and Sparky did more than just win the 2018 CMSA World Championship. They also set a new world record during the eliminator finals with a winning time of 13.69.
