Team Remington’s Mike Blaisdell notched a major victory after winning the Grand Doubles event at the ATA’s 20th annual Empire Grand American, posting the only perfect 100x100 score. This year’s Empire Grand American was held at the New York State Amateur Trapshooting Association Homegrounds in Cicero, New York, May 8-12.

The Empire Grand American is a longstanding Amateur Trapshooting Association tournament that brings together some of the best trap shooters from across the country to compete at a high level.

Blaisdell competed in the Grand Doubles Championship (Event 11) at the 2024 Empire Grand American, which boasted 121 entries this year.

Team Remington competes and wins with Remington Premier shotshells. Remington trap, skeet and sporting clays competitors shoot the company’s Premier STS and Premier Nitro families of ammunition.
