Bianchi Cup: The 6 Best Instagram Photos

What better way to examine this year’s NRA Action Pistol Championship than checking out social media! Since Instagram is all about the photos, we chose that platform to search for 6 of the best pics from the 2018 World Action Pistol Championship and the NRA Bianchi Cup presented by Colt. The two matches are being conducted in tandem at the Green Valley Rifle and Pistol Club in Hallsville, MO.


We begin with social media maven and newly-elected NRA Board Member Julie Golob. This pic shows her on the firing line, but the caption is great. Julie explains why the shooting sports are so dear to her and why shooting is personal.


The U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit (AMU) has been a force to reckon with in action pistol for a few years now. This photo collage is from the World Action Pistol Championship. 


Local reporters from the Columbia Missourian newspaper came to the Cup, and decided to make a gallery of the most popular hats. We spy SFC Patrick Franks of the AMU in this shot.


Jessie Harrison said she was very proud to represent the USA at the World Action Pistol Championship. Here she is shooting the Practical Event.

Chris Hess is at the match cheering on Action Target shooter Enoch Smith. Enoch was the 2018 World Action Pistol Metallic Champion.
