The new Impulse Elite Precision from Savage Arms is a rifle that adds the Impulse straight-pull action to an already robust long-range design.

The Impulse Elite Precision has an intuitive straight-pull action bedded in an Adjustable Core Competition chassis from Modular Driven Technologies (MDT). Boasting a full-length ARCA rail, the Impulse Elite Precision can be customized for individual balance preferences.

“2022 is off to an impressive start for Savage,” said Beth Shimanski, director of marketing at Savage Arms. “And we’re not done yet! Today we’re building on this momentum with the Impulse Elite Precision, a rifle that adds the lightning-fast Impulse straight-pull action to an already robust and reliably accurate long-range design.”

The precision button rifled, stainless steel, modified Palma contour barrel comes with a threaded muzzle (5/8-24 UNEF). In addition, the matte black aluminum receiver has an integral 20-MOA rail. An ambidextrous, multi-positional bolt handle, ambidextrous magazine release and AICS magazine complete the package.

As for the AccuTrigger, it’s user-adjustable from 1.5 to 4 pounds. The MDT one-piece aluminum ACC chassis is also fully adjustable for length-of-pull and comb height. Additionally, the fore-end comes equipped with an ARCA rail and M-LOK slots.
