The International Defensive Pistol Association has announced that the 2025 IDPA National Championship match will be held September 18-20, 2025, at the Mission 160 Gun Range in Whitewright, Texas.

Mission 160 is a premier outdoor range located only a few minutes from McKinney, Texas, just off Highway 160 in Whitewright. It is convenient to access from almost anywhere in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area.

“We are excited to be bringing the national championship match back to Texas in 2025. Mission 160 is home to a very large, active IDPA club. The range is great and very convenient for everyone traveling in for the match,” IDPA Executive Director Joyce Wilson said.

The IDPA Tier 5 National Championship will host shooters from around the nation over three days of competition, where they will run through a variety of real-world based defensive training situations.
