Kiersten Sales made a statement at the 2026 Jack Link’s Cup, claiming the Main Event Lady Champion title and adding three more podium finishes to cap a dominant week at Quail Creek Sporting Ranch in Okeechobee, Florida. The 1,300-target sporting clays tournament, held February 10-15, drew 1,672 shooters from all 50 states and 15 countries, competing for a share of $350,000 in guaranteed prize money.
Sales, one of the newest members of Krieghoff International’s sponsored shooter program, topped the Main Event Lady leaderboard with a score of 256 out of 300. Her score was three points ahead of Main Event Lady runner-up Desirae Edmunds. But that’s just the beginning. Sales also won the Five-Stand Lady Champion title with an 89 out of 100, claimed the Super Sporting Lady Champion crown with a 96 out of 100, and added a Junior third-place finish in Five-Stand to complete one of the most well-rounded performances of the week.
The Okeechobee, Florida, native—who grew up shooting at Quail Creek and earned NSCA Master Class status at just 14 years old—showed the kind of consistency across disciplines that has defined her rapid rise in competitive sporting clays. Sales began her career in the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) before transitioning to the NSCA circuit, where she has continued to collect titles at a remarkable pace.
In all, Sales walked away from Quail Creek Sporting Ranch with a $4,522 payout, including $2,000 for winning the Main Event High Lady title.
Sales wasn’t the only Krieghoff-sponsored shooter making an impact in Okeechobee. Brandon Powell, Shelby Moon and Mike Wilgus all earned podium placements across various events during the weeklong competition.
Two of Krieghoff’s newest sponsored shooters also stepped up on the big stage. Jonathan Prince posted a pair of runner-up finishes, earning Main Event Junior runner-up and Super Sporting Junior runner-up honors. Jacob Judson added a third-place result in the FITASC Junior division.
Krieghoff International also served as one of the event’s main sponsors. The company donated a Krieghoff K-80 Parcours-X shotgun, valued at more than $22,000, as a premier raffle prize. Every registered competitor was eligible, and the winning name drawn was Brad Mayberry of Illinois.
The 2026 Jack Link’s Cup set a strong tone for what promises to be a competitive year ahead on the NSCA circuit. With the first NSCA Regional event and the World English Sporting Clays Championship at the National Shooting Complex on the horizon this April, Sales and the rest of the Krieghoff roster will look to carry their early-season momentum forward.
