Powell, Sharpe, Parcell Top Leaderboards At 2024 World Sporting Clays Championship

Team Remington competitors Brandon Powell, Madison Sharpe and Turner Parcell walked away from the 2024 World Sporting Clays Championship with the main event’s High Over All title, along with Ladies championship and Junior championship wins. The competition was held in Pennsville, New Jersey, at the M&M Hunting Preserve, May 13-19, with some of the best sporting clay athletes from the U.S. and abroad in attendance.

Brandon Powell stood at the top of the podium after winning High Overall in the main event with a score of 205. Additionally, he secured the High Over All honor in the Five-Stand event with a score of 92.

For his High Over All victory in the main event, Powell landed a $5,000 payout.

Madison Sharpe was crowned Lady champion at the tournament with a score of 165, also notching another prominent placement at the match as runner-up in the Winchester Ladies Cup with a score of 327, only two points behind the winner, Desi Edmunds.

As for Turner Parcell, he brought home another win for Big Green with a third place finish in the main event and the Junior champion title with a score of 195.

There was a total of 1,622 shooters at the 2024 World Sporting Clays Championship.

Team Remington competes with Remington Premier shotshells in trap, skeet and sporting clays matches, specifically the Premier STS and Premier Nitro families of ammunition.
