Rio Ammunition is bolstering their support for the Second Amendment and the NRA with the new Patriot Pack of 100 wingshooting and target 12-gauge shotgun cartridges. Rio has customized the box packaging’s outer sleeve design with the NRA logo. There's also a special URL on the box that links to an online discount for NRA membership. And as another way to contribute, Rio is donating one dollar from every Patriot Pack sold to the NRA. The one dollar donations will continue until June 2019.

“We are grateful for Rio’s commitment to the Second Amendment.” said Todd Grable, NRA’s executive director of membership. He added, “[It’s] critical to have partners who stand with all of us in protecting our Second Amendment rights and preserving America’s shooting sports heritage.”

Rio Ammo came to U.S. shores in 2002. U.S. production expanded with the opening of their Texas production plant three years ago. Running at full steam, the factory can produce an impressive 300 million units a year. This includes the new Patriot Pack shotshells.

“By helping to fund vital NRA programs and by compelling our customers to sign up for an NRA membership, Rio is helping to ensure that the qualities of discipline, respect, good sportsmanship and loyalty … are carried forward to the next generation of collectors, hunters and competitors,” said Darrell Morrow, Rio’s national sales director.
