The First Shot Ceremony on Tuesday, July 6, kicked off the NRA National Matches at Camp Atterbury with the Smallbore Rifle National Championships. Indiana First Lady Janet Holcomb and NRA Second Vice President Willes Lee were on hand for the festivities, with Mrs. Holcomb firing the ceremonial first shot.
