Team Remington’s Brandon Powell isn’t slowing down.

The 2025 shooting season has been a showcase of consistency and clutch performances for Powell, who just claimed his third NSCA Regional title of the year by winning High Over All at the Western Regional, held August 25-31 at Rock Creek Ranch outside Boise, Idaho.

Powell walked away from the Main Event with a final score of 183/200.

Nearly 500 shooters competed on the high-elevation Idaho course, known for its uneven terrain, shifting light and difficult-to-read targets. None of it fazed Powell, who has already bagged major wins this summer in both the Northeast and North Central Regionals.

“Overall, the terrain is beautiful and this is one of the prettiest locations I’ve ever shot,” Powell said. “I think depth perception, stuff below your feet, the hills and some birds were tough to see based off the background and terrain. To shoot good here, you need to be better at reading targets, what they are doing including the distance, speed and angles of the targets.”

Powell’s win in the Main Event wasn’t all. He also topped 400-plus shooters in the Scheels Prelim and beat 384 competitors to earn High Over All in the Super Sporting, just two targets ahead of teammate Madison Sharpe.

Team Remington had a big weekend across the board. Todd Hitch took home High Over All in FITASC after a four-way shoot-off that included fellow Remington shooter Braxton Oliver, who finished third. Turner Parcell won the Main Event Junior title, and Madison Sharpe claimed the True Pairs crown in another shoot-off. Sharpe also finished as runner-up in both the Lady Main Event and Lady Prelim. Finally, Oliver grabbed third place in True Pairs.

With performances like these, Team Remington continues to set the pace heading into the final stretch of the NSCA season.
