SHOT Show 2026 brought a mix of new cartridge introductions, line extensions and limited-edition collectibles to the ammunition side of the floor. Competition shotshells, long-range hunting bullets and suppressor-friendly loads all got attention this year, alongside a wave of commemorative packaging tied to America’s 250th anniversary.

From component bullets to bulk shotshell packs, here are 10 new ammunition products from the show that stood out.

Remington’s We The People is a limited-edition ammunition line marking America’s 250th anniversary this year. The lineup pulls from existing Remington loads across rifle, handgun, rimfire and shotshell categories, packaged in commemorative 250-count boxes and limited-run collector buckets. The cartridges themselves are unchanged—this is about presentation, not reformulation—making it a nod to the milestone aimed at both shooters and collectors. Available calibers include .22-250 Rem., .223 Rem, 9 mm Luger, .22 Long Rifle and 12-gauge. Go to remington.com

The new Winchester Supreme Long Range lineup is built around the BC Max bullet, which is the company’s first projectile designed specifically for extended-range hunting and precision shooting. These heavy-for-caliber bullets feature thick-walled jackets, extended boattail profiles and heat-resistant tips, paired with match-grade primers for shot-to-shot consistency. Five loads are available now in .300 Win. Mag., .300 WSM, .30-06 Sprg., 6.5 Creedmoor and 6.5 PRC, with .308 Win., 6.8 Western, .300 PRC and 7 mm PRC coming soon. $45.99 to $69.99 per 20-round box, winchester.com

Options include the 69-grain V-Match ELD-VT, an 80-grain ELD Match for competition, an 80-grain Precision Hunter ELD-X for deer-sized game and a 65-grain Superformance CX monolithic copper bullet. With low recoil, flat trajectories and more than two dozen manufacturers already building rifles chambered for it, the 22 Creedmoor has serious momentum heading into 2026. $38 to $50 per 20-round box, hornady.com

Sierra Bullets MatchKing-X

Sierra’s MatchKing-X brings the accuracy of the competition-proven MatchKing to the hunting field. The MKX uses a softer lead core and a tapered jacket with a thinner mouth for reliable expansion on thin-skinned game, while maintaining the same ogive profile, seating depth and trajectory data as the original MatchKing. Available in 6 mm, 6.5 mm, .270, 7 mm and .30 cal., the MatchKing-X is a component bullet—not loaded ammunition—offered in 100- and 500-count boxes. $47.99 to $68.99 per 100-count box, sierrabullets.com

Another patriotic-themed offering, Winchester’s USA 250th Anniversary series is a limited run of 15,000 keepsake ammunition packages celebrating the nation’s semi-quincentennial. Each themed box pairs archive-inspired artwork with a specific load: .30-30 Win. Power-Point, .270 Win. Power-Point, .45 Auto FMJ, 12-gauge Xpert Waterfowl steel shot and 12-gauge AA target loads. The packaging itself is part of the appeal, with reinforced construction and magnetic lids designed for display. Winchester also offers 13 additional value packs across its rifle, rimfire, handgun and shotshell lineups in themed boxes. Go to winchester.com

Fiocchi is celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2026, and among its new offerings are handled 100-round bulk packs for three popular shotshell lines. Arkansas Steel covers waterfowl hunters with 3-inch 12-gauge loads in No. 2, No. 3 or No. 4 steel traveling at 1,550 fps velocity. Texas White Wing targets dove hunters with 2¾-inch 12-gauge No. 7.5 lead shot at 1,250 fps. Shooting Dynamics rounds out the trio with four 12-gauge target load options in 1-oz. or 1.125-oz. payloads. All ship in sturdy four-box field cartons with carry handles. $54.99 to $100.99 per 100-round pack, fiocchi.com

Winchester AA Super Spreader Target Load

Winchester’s AA Super Spreader is a 12-gauge sporting-clays load engineered for close-range targets. A hinged wad with an X-shaped internal post separates the shot column quickly after leaving the barrel, producing patterns up to 70% larger at 20 yards compared to standard target loads. The trade-off is intentional, because wider coverage at short distance gives shooters more margin on fast, crossing presentations. Both loads use No. 8 lead shot at 1,250 fps muzzle velocity in 2¾-inch shells, available in 1-oz. or 1.125-oz. payloads. $16.23 per 25-round box, winchester.com

Federal All-American Target Loads for Trap and Skeet

Federal is expanding its All-American shotshell line with new 12- and 20-gauge loads built for trap and skeet competition. The shells use a straight-wall hull paired with Federal's one-piece Podium wad and high-antimony lead shot for consistent patterns and manageable recoil. The 12-gauge options are 2¾-inch shells in 1-oz. to 1⅛-oz. payloads with No. 7½, No. 8 or No. 9 shot. The 20-gauge additions come in 7/8-ounce loads with No. 7½ and No. 8 shot. The emphasis here is component consistency rather than speed, built to perform the same from the first station to the last. $13.99 per 25-round box, federalpremium.com

CCI High Bar Air Gun Slugs

For air gun fans, CCI brings High Bar Air Gun Slugs to market. This new product line is designed for modern PCP air rifles and pistols. The .22-cal. slugs borrow from CCI’s rimfire bullet designs, including both segmented hollow-point and standard hollow-point profiles in 30-grain and 35-grain weights. The four initial offerings are optimized for accuracy and terminal performance in the field and come in 100-count packaging. It’s a natural extension for a company built on rimfire precision, now applied to an increasingly capable air gun category. Go to cci-ammunition.com

Winchester’s third entry in this roundup is aimed squarely at the lever-action crowd. American Lever Range is a new line of practice ammunition with bullet profiles optimized for reliable feeding and fast cycling in lever guns. Modern propellants are used to reduce fouling in barrels and actions, and uniform powder charges aim for shot-to-shot consistency. Five loads are available at launch: .30-30 Win. 150-grain Open Tip, .357 Mag. 158-grain JSP, .44 Rem. Mag. 240-grain JSP, .45 Colt 250-grain Lead and .45-70 Gov't 300-grain JHP. $21.99 to $49.99, winchester.com
