With the U.S. celebrating its 250th anniversary in 2026, the folks at Remington are recognizing the milestone with a special run of ammunition drawn from its existing catalog. The new “We The People” lineup includes well-known Remington loads across rifle, handgun, rimfire and shotshell categories and will feature special packaging.

The idea, according to Remington Marketing Director Christian Hogg, is less about reinvention and more about recognition.

“America’s 250th anniversary is a historic milestone, and ‘We The People’ is Remington’s way of honoring the grit, tradition and freedom that have defined this country for generations,” Hogg said, adding that the company aimed to give shooters and collectors “a meaningful way to celebrate this moment in American history.”

The ammunition itself remains rooted in Remington’s established offerings, with popular calibers packaged in 250-count boxes and a smaller number of limited-edition commemorative buckets. While the presentation is new, the loads are the same ones many shooters already rely on for range time or field use, now positioned with long-term collectability in mind.

Remington plans to showcase the We The People line at SHOT Show 2026 in Las Vegas, where attendees can see the commemorative packaging in person. Additional product details are expected to appear on the company’s website following the show, with availability through standard retail and online channels nationwide.
