The result of a collaboration between JP Enterprises, Ultimate Precision and Proof Research, the new MR-19 precision rifle is available now.

Primarily known for quality gas guns, this new bolt-action offering is the latest from JP in the bolt gun arena. The company debuted their first bolt-action rifle, the MR-10 back in 2010.

The MR-19 comes in both 6mm and 6.5mm Creedmoor versions.

The MR-19 is built on the recently-released APAC precision rifle chassis, which was designed in conjunction with retired U.S. Army sniper instructor and national precision rifle competitor Brian Whalen. A true next-gen rifle chassis, the APAC is fully ambidextrous. As such, the MR-19 has both right- and left-hand actions available.

Ultimate Precision contributed the Deadline short action to the MR-19 setup. This 3-lug action with 60-degree bolt throw has proven to be very popular with precision rifle shooters. The trigger is a single-stage, user-adjustable one that comes from the factory set at two pounds.

Additionally, Proof Research provided a custom-contoured 26-inch barrel. Made from stainless steel, not only is it cut-rifled, but this barrel is also cryogenically treated. Muzzle includes a 5/8-24 threaded attachment, and users can choose a JP compensator of their choice.

Other standard features include a Magpul MIAD pistol grip, JP-designed heat sink and full-length Arca-Swiss adapter. And, there’s an included Pelican iM3200 Storm long rifle case with foam custom-cut to fit the MR-19.

MSRP: $4,999. One 10-round magazine comes standard. Learn more by visiting www.jprifles.com.
