The Bunker Club has once again stepped up in a big way for the future of American shooting sports. Through its annual Bunker Club Athlete Endowment Grant, 22 junior athletes received $6,363 each in 2025 to help fund travel, gear, match entry fees and other vital needs that support their competitive development.

Focused on identifying promising talent not yet supported by USA Shooting or other institutions, the Bunker Club Endowment exists to close the funding gap for athletes with national and international potential. This year’s grants represent a broader commitment to nurturing early-stage talent and ensuring that financial hardship doesn’t halt progress.

Since launching in 1998 with no starting capital, the Bunker Club Endowment has provided $4.8 million in direct support to junior shooters. Applicants are eligible if they have yet to receive financial aid from USA Shooting, with the application window opening in the first quarter each year.

Beyond junior athlete support, the Bunker Club continues to back high-level efforts. In recent years, it raised $60,000 for the “March to Paris” Olympic campaign and contributed $25,000 to shotgun range improvements in 2024.

More than a financial gesture, the 2025 grants represent an investment in discipline, determination and long-term athletic success. The Bunker Club remains a vital force in ensuring the next generation of athletes has every opportunity to thrive.
