Be a part of the new “Southern Classic” as the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) hosts the second Talladega 600—with competition for rifle, pistol and shotgun enthusiasts. The event will be held December 6-11 at the Talladega Marksmanship Park.

With an array of competitive marksmanship opportunities, matches to be fired at the Talladega 600 include the Garand, Springfield and Vintage Military matches, as well as the Vintage Sniper match. Additionally, the Congressional 30 and the Dixie Double match will challenge even seasoned competitors.

A GSM Master Instructor Course and a Small Arms Firing School (featuring an M16 EIC match) will be conducted to provide educational experiences for both new and advanced marksmen.

For pistol lovers, a .22LR Rimfire match EIC and As-Issued 1911 and Military and Police Matches will be held at Talladega. Shotgun shooters can indulge in sporting clays and a 5-Stand match.

The Talladega Marksmanship Park is one of the most advanced outdoor shooting facilities in the country. Boasting electronic targets and scoring monitors, it is a must-see destination for firearm supporters across the country.

Off of the firing line, the clubhouse holds a fully-stocked Pro Shop that includes an exclusive collection of rifles, pistols, ammunition and accessories, provided by Creedmoor Sports.
