In addition, protective adjustment caps that double as tools for making windage/elevation adjustments are included, as well as manual digital switch brightness controls. The objective lens is 22mm and the unit itself is powered by the top-mounted solar cells and a CR2032 battery.

The Element Mini Solar is powered by a single CR2032 battery, but as mentioned there is also the option of switching to the powerful solar cells found on top of the optic. If the battery completely dies, the sight can run completely from solar power. And, the Eclipse Light Management System, an auto brightness system, adjusts reticle brightness to the best setting for the amount of light in the current environment.

Priced at $199, the Element Mini Solar red-dot sight is a bargain and available for purchase now. Visit sightmark.com.
