Staccato won’t have a booth at SHOT Show 2027. Instead, it’s holding Range Week, which runs Jan. 18-21, 2027, at Staccato Ranch Vegas in Pahrump, Nevada, about an hour west of the Las Vegas Strip, the company said in a release.
While SHOT Show is limited to industry professionals and credentialed media, Range Week will be open to the public, similar to past Range Days at Staccato’s Nevada facility.
Monday, Jan. 18, is Staccato Range Day, with ranges scheduled to go hot at 8:00 a.m. More than 35 partner companies will run live-fire demonstrations from vendor bays until 4:00 p.m., with familiar names like Barrett, Benelli, Daniel Defense, FN America, Geissele, Heckler & Koch, Leupold, Mossberg, SilencerCo, SureFire and Trijicon. New Staccato pistols make their public debut that day. Bestselling author and Navy SEAL sniper Jack Carr is also scheduled to appear for a book signing.
For anyone who wondered what the courses at Staccato Ranch Vegas feel like, Tuesday through Thursday may be the better ticket. The facility boasts 11 HAVOC courses spread across 550 acres of high desert. Normally reserved for members, four courses will be open to the public by reservation during Range Week.
Backyard BBQ is scored on speed and accuracy, moving shooters between positions behind a pool, a carport and a shed. Next, Freedom Court is one continuous run through a cul-de-sac with four houses and four threats. In 2011 Marketplace, shooters work through windows with a rifle before closing the distance with a Staccato pistol. Finally, Construction Zone is a team course built through exposed framing and scaffolding. Slots are limited and must be booked in advance.
Instruction all week comes from Staccato Training Group, led by Max Michel, the company’s vice president of training and competition. Michel’s group will also run the Ace VR Virtual Competition on Staccato Range Day. And if you are interested in a facility tour, you can schedule one online throughout the week.
