The numbers keep stacking up for Team Remington’s Turner Parcell. The University of South Carolina shooter won his third consecutive South Carolina State Sporting Clays Championship, taking the High Over All honor in the 2025 main event with a score of 186 out of 200.

The event, held September 17-21 at Hermitage Sporting Grounds in Camden, S.C., drew a field of 392 competitors. In the main event alone, 292 shooters were gunning for the title, but Parcell edged out the top of the leaderboard by just one target.

Parcell’s Team Remington teammate Michael Luongo finished third, and Braxton Oliver took fourth in the main event. But Parcell wasn’t done. He also claimed victories in the Remington Prelim (96/100) and the Five-Stand (92/100) events, and came second in the Super Sporting event, narrowly losing a tiebreaker to Oliver.

“I always look forward to performing well at my state championships,” Parcell said after hoisting the HOA trophy. “It does have extra significance to me to win a state title.”

Oliver added to his own weekend with a runner-up finish in FITASC (84/100), while Luongo topped the leaderboard in the .410 Bore event, breaking 45 out of 50 targets.
