2017 Scholastic Clay Target & USA Shooting National Team Members Announced

The Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) and USA Shooting have announced the inaugural members of the SCTP and USA Shooting National Skeet and Bunker Trap Team. The newly-formed team is comprised of athletes that placed in International Skeet and Bunker Trap at the 2017 SCTP National International-Style Shotgun Championships, held last month in Colorado Springs, CO.

All 12 athletes will receive a USA Shooting jacket, have their fall selection match fees paid in full, along with an SCTP National Team vest and five cases of NobelSport Quattro Finest International ammunition. Additional details concerning the training camps, as well as the announcement of a team head coach will be released in the future.

Shooters will have to re-qualify for these 12 spots each year at the SCTP International Nationals. The Scholastic Clay Target Program is the official youth shooting program to USA Shooting―providing a pipeline for future International shotgun competitive shooters.
