Bushnell Elite Tactical has been named the official riflescope sponsor for the Precision Rifle Series (PRS), one of the hottest disciplines in competitive shooting today.

A popular optics choice for PRS shooters, building a stronger relationship with the sport's governing body makes sense, as these shooters are the ones that truly put the company's products to the test.

PRS matches involve the practical application of long-range rifle shooting. The sport is a direct offshoot of military, law-enforcement and hunting applications.

Bushnell has been making precision scopes for many years. The Elite Tactical line includes the DMR-II Pro and XRS-II that are designed specifically for precision rifle competition. Additionally, they both utilize ED Prime Glass for rich color and contrast—especially in low-light conditions.

Bushnell Elite Tactical will also be the title sponsor of the Bushnell Tactical GAP Grind Pro-Am. With over 400 competitors in 2018, the GAP Grind is the biggest PRS competition around.
