Bushnell-sponsored shooter Jessie Harrison successfully defended her title as the top IPSC Ladies Open shooter at the 2023 U.S. International Practical Shooting Confederation Nationals, held at Volusia County Gun and Hunt Club in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., November 12-16.

An 18-stage competition, Harrison walked away from the 2023 U.S. IPSC Nationals with a final time of 241.03 seconds and 1243.7314 points. Her best performance at the match was at Stage 3, which Harrison completed in 13.89 seconds.

Her final score was 82.5968 points ahead of the Ladies Open runner-up, Sloan Sanders. On the overall leaderboard at the 2023 U.S. IPSC Nationals—which had a field of 469 shooters in total—Harrison was ranked 55th.

Harrison’s repeat U.S. IPSC Nationals Ladies Open victory closes out her 2023 shooting season, which included multiple national titles, including the 2023 Area 8 USPSA Ladies Open title, USPSA Ladies Open title and the USPSA Ladies Limited Optics title. Harrison’s string of victories this year adds to her record-setting mark of 26 major USPSA wins.

“It’s been a long competitive season and I’ve shot with the best ladies in the country,” Harrison said. “They truly push me constantly to be better.”

During the 2023 U.S. IPSC Nationals in Florida, Harrison relied on products from both Bushnell and Hoppe’s, including the Bushnell RXM-300 reflex sight to successfully defend her Ladies Open title garnered at the previous year’s match. This is the same optic she has primarily run throughout her historic 2023 season.

“Completing a season at this level just wouldn’t be possible without great sponsors,” Harrison said. “Both Bushnell and Hoppe’s have been cornerstones of my shooting gear for several years as their products give me everything I need to compete with confidence and perform at my best.”
