FOREST LAKE, Minn. — Daniel Horner has spent nearly two decades collecting national titles, and the 2026 USPSA Multigun Nationals produced another one that was not particularly close.

The Team SIG professional shooter topped the Modified division at the three-day championship, which wrapped up July 19 at the Forest Lake Sportsmen’s Club. Practiscore listed his final time at 548.34, putting him 23.98 seconds ahead of division runner-up A.J. Anthony. Horner ran a SIG Sauer pistol, rifle, optics and ammunition through the match.

The win marks his 15th USPSA Multigun national championship and pushes his career total past 125 titles across global, national, regional and state competition. Horner began his professional career with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit and has since built a résumé that includes the 2015 NRA World Shooting Championship, eight Sniper Championships, two All Army Championships, two IDPA National Championships, an IPSC Shotgun National Championship and Team USA gold at the IPSC World Shoot.

“We couldn’t be prouder of Daniel’s impressive win at this year’s USPSA Multigun National Championship,” Phil Strader, vice president of consumer affairs at SIG Sauer said. “He and his SIG Sauer equipment endured brutal conditions and extremely tough competition to come out on top of the Modified division. Since his first USPSA National Championship win in 2007, Daniel has continued to cement his legacy as one of the best multigun competitors ever.”
