Dead Air Silencers is expanding its .45 Auto suppressor lineup with the release of the new-for-2025 Mojave 45 modular suppressor.

Built around Dead Air’s patent-pending Triskelion gas management system, the Mojave 45, made from titanium, is compatible with multiple calibers and platforms, as well as a solid choice for use on tilt and fixed barrels across select full-automatic and semi-automatic systems.

More about the Dead Air Triskelion gas management system: “This innovative system, which employs additive manufacturing to achieve the advanced baffling configuration, not only delivers a stronger and lighter suppressor, but also one that is optimally tuned for enhanced sound reduction at the muzzle and the ear. Backpressure and felt recoil are greatly reduced compared to traditional baffle designs, ensuring a cleaner shooting experience with less wear on your firearm. Add in the overall lighter weight and engineered rearward weight bias for enhanced balance and you have a suppressor that not only offers a softer, more pleasing sound and tone but also is more natural in the hand, promoting accuracy and reducing fatigue.”

The Mojave 45, like its Mojave 9 predecessor, is a modular design. Adding or removing the front module allows the user to prioritize size and weight, along with sound reduction for changing needs and applications. In addition, these changes can be made quickly in the field without tools and is compatible with Dead Air’s P-series adapters.

Permitted calibers for full-automatic include pistol calibers up to .45 Auto (no barrel restrictions) and .300 BLK subsonic (with an eight-inch barrel). As for semi-automatic, the calibers are .300 BLK supersonic, .350 Legend, .400 Legend subsonic, .450 Bushmaster subsonic, .357 Mag and .44 Mag lever-actions (with a 16-inch barrel).

Overall length of the Mojave 45 ranges from 6.8 to 8.6 inches, and the diameter is 1.48 inches. Weight is 12.7 ounces (long) and 10.44 ounces (short).

MSRP for the Dead Air Mojave 45 modular suppressor is $1,099. Two finishes are available, Black or FDE Cerakote. Learn more at deadairsilencers.com.
