At the 2019 Gap Grind/Bushnell Pro-Am in Finger, TN, on Friday, October 4, Savage Arms debuted three new rifles in its new firearms family dubbed the Precision Series. What's more is the company has been working closely with Modular Driven Technologies, a chassis-maker popular with the PRS crowd. The new Precision Series rifles combine Savage actions with MDT chassis.

The 110 Elite Precision is an improved version of the Savage 110 design. Standard from the factory it's sporting a blueprinted action, MDT ACC chassis with fully-adjustable stock, and a user-adjustable AccuTrigger. It's available in eight calibers at two prices: .223 Rem., .308 Win., 6.5 and 6mm Creedmoor for $1,999; and .300 Win. Mag., .300 Norma, .300 PRC and .338 Lapua at $2,149.

The B Series Precision comes in three versions, all for $599: .22 LR, .17 HMR and .22 WMR.

As a high-performance offering geared towards the rimfire crowd, Savage has the A22 Precision. The company describes it as "the showcase to Savage's love affair with the .22 LR." As such, it features a custom MDT chassis similar to the B Series, but also including an oversized charging handle. The A22 is available in .22 LR for $599.
