The new SIG Sauer MODX-45 Pistol Suppressor is now shipping. The MODX-45 is an extension of the company's MODX line of pistol suppressors made of titanium baffles. A modular design allows the user to personalize a suppressor for overall length, weight and sound.

The MODX-45 can be easily disassembled and reconfigured with fewer baffles when your priority is size over sound.

The SIG MODX-45 Suppressor is built from seven, 3D-printed titanium baffles and an encapsulator with 21 points of impact adjustment. Length is adjustable from 3.25 inches to 9.25 inches, diameter is 1.38 inches and the weight is adjustable from 5 ounces to 9 ounces. In addition, sound is adjustable from 133 dB to 149 dB.

Each MODX suppressor includes the most popular Imperial and Metric piston for its given caliber.

For user adjustment, the MODX-15 comes with two pistons, disassembly tools, .578x28 and M16x1LH pistons and a fixed-barrel spacer. The accessory pistons provide multi-caliber capability.
