Real Avid has spent the last several years expanding its catalog of tools aimed at helping gun owners build, modify and maintain firearms. Its latest move brings many of those tools together into task-specific packages designed to simplify optic mounting and ongoing upkeep.

The company has announced two new offerings: the Master Firearm Maintenance and Optics Mounting Collection and the Master Firearm Cleaning and Optics Mounting Collection. Both are designed to support pro-level optic mounting on handguns, rifles and shotguns, while also covering the core requirements for cleaning and routine maintenance.

The larger of the two is the Master Firearm Maintenance and Optics Mounting Collection, which carries an MSRP of $1,837.77. This bundle pulls together what Real Avid describes as its most complete set of foundational tools and supplies. It includes a Master Gun Vise paired with multiple Smart-Jaws configurations for different firearm types, along with a Smart-Assist system that can be mounted in several ways to hold components during work. Core bench tools such as the Accu-Punch Master Set, Master Bench Block Pro-Kit and Armorer’s Master Hammer are joined by the Smart-Torq and Driver Master Set for controlled fastening during optic installation.

Optic mounting alignment and setup are handled by the Level-Right Pro and Viz-Max Bore Sighter, while cleaning and maintenance duties are covered by the Master Gun Workstation and the Bore-Max Master Cleaning Kit with a mobile workstation. A Universal Smart Mat and a magnetic bore light round out the workspace. The collection also includes a full range of Real Avid chemicals, consisting of Tri-Max CLP in aerosol form, Tri-Max CLP gun wipes, Gun-Max gun oil, Bore-Max bore foam and the Foul-Out Gunk Blaster.

For users looking to start with a smaller investment, Real Avid has also introduced the Master Firearm Cleaning and Optics Mounting Collection, priced at $1,177.84. This version retains many of the tools required for optic mounting and cleaning, including the Master Bench Block Pro-Kit, Smart-Torq & Driver Master Set, Level-Right Pro and Viz-Max Bore Sighter. It also includes the Master Gun Workstation, the Bore-Max Master Cleaning Kit with mobile workstation, the same selection of cleaning chemicals, a Universal Smart Mat, Smart-Assist mounting components and a magnetic bore light. The main difference is the absence of some of the heavier build tools, leaving room for owners to add equipment over time as their needs change.

Both collections reflect Real Avid’s approach of packaging existing tools into focused kits rather than introducing entirely new hardware. More details on the two new Master Firearm Collections and the company’s broader maintenance and tooling lineup are available directly from Real Avid.
