This is Harrison's ninth Ladies Open National Championship win. Her Open aggregate score was 94.78, which placed her fifteenth overall. She cleaned up Stage 3: Smoke & Hope with a red-hot score of 9.39.

"Capturing the Ladies Open title this year is exciting," said Harrison about her victory.

For Single Stack, her best time was achieved at Stage 1: Showdown, with a time of 11.79. Notably, Harrison improved over last year's runner-up performance in Single Stack and her division score of 105.06 was the 28th best one firedregardless of division.

The match was April 3-6 at the South River Gun Club in Covington, GA. A Georgia native, the match marked Harrison's return to the club where she fired her first shots as a youngster.

Harrison was quick to credit her gear for her continued dominance in competition this year.

"It's important to trust in your equipment, and I use Hoppe's before, during and after a match to make sure my guns are in racing condition," she remarked, adding, "I really look forward to the rest of the season with Hoppe’s by my side!"

She also had this to say on her Facebook page the day after the match:

"Thank you to Taurus USA for supporting the event as title sponsor, all other match sponsors, and my sponsors who continue to support me! Next match on the schedule is the Steel Challenge World Championships in May, who's going?!"

Starting out in Cowboy Action Shooting at the age of 15, Harrison quickly up the ranks in multiple competitive shooting disciplines, including USPSA, Steel Challenge, Multi-Gun and the NRA Bianchi Cup. Today, she boasts dozens of world and national championships to her credit. This includes her unprecedented 20 USPSA Ladies National Championship wins. Additionally, Harrison is the first female shooter to reach Grand Master classification in USPSA.
