2024 NRA National Smallbore Rifle Championships Are Underway

This year’s NRA Smallbore Nationals at Camp Atterbury kicked off on July 27, 2024.

The 2024 NRA National Smallbore Rifle Championships kicked off at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, on Saturday, July 27 with early packet pick-up and the first practice session.

This year’s NRA Smallbore Nationals begin with the Conventional Prone matches, F-Class Smallbore 6400 and Metallic Sight matches. On Tuesday, July 30, will be the Randle Team, Dewar Team and Prone Team matches. The Smallbore Prone matches will continue with the Any Sights matches until Thursday, August 1.

Next, the NRA Smallbore Three-Position National Championships are scheduled to begin on Saturday, August 3, with the Conventional and Metallic Sight matches. The Three-Position Championship and 2024 NRA Smallbore Nationals will wrap up on Sunday, August 4, with the Drew Cup and Any Sight matches.

The Smallbore Rifle Championship awards ceremonies will be on August 1 for Prone and August 4 for Three-Position.

The NRA National Matches at Camp Atterbury are where high-level competitive shooters from around the country can shoot shoulder-to-shoulder to determine the best of the best on the firing line.

After the 2024 NRA Smallbore Nationals, this year’s NRA National Matches will continue at Camp Atterbury with the commencement of the National High Power Rifle Championships on Monday, August 5. The 2024 NRA National Matches at Camp Atterbury will conclude on Monday, August 19.
