The Dust Devil Duel is part of the NRL Hunter Series, designed to mimic real-world hunting scenarios with time constraints, unknown target locations and variable wind conditions. The match tested both shooting fundamentals and gear reliability.

Cloaninger walked away from the competition with a final score of 91.

During the Dust Devil Duel, Cloaninger was competing with a 6.5 mm Creedmoor load that featured Nosler’s 6.5 mm 140-grain RDF bullets. The RDF’s high ballistic coefficient and reliable accuracy made it a solid choice for taking on unknown-distance targets across rugged terrain found at NRL Hunter matches.

More from the company about her victory in Texas: “Nosler is proud to support Cloaninger and continues to stand behind the performance of RDF bullets in competitive field-style shooting.”
