MDT has officially extended its ACC Premier GEN2 rifle chassis to support the Ruger American Rimfire, giving rimfire shooters access to a chassis system with competition-grade modularity and stability. The GEN2 brings high-end features to a platform often overlooked in precision shooting circles.
Borrowing core elements from the ACC Elite, the GEN2 version integrates a stiffer fore-end, expanded weight system and improved ergonomics for shooters looking to fine-tune balance and control. The integrated thumb shelf, vertical grip and taller barricade stop aim to offer better handling in positional shooting scenarios, while the MDT SRS-X Lite buttstock provides customizable length of pull and cheek height without tool-heavy disassembly.
The fore-end has been shortened to 15 inches, catering specifically to rimfire setups and shorter barrel applications. It’s also pre-drilled to accommodate night vision and accessory control bridges—features typically reserved for high-end tactical or PRS platforms.
The addition of Ruger American Rimfire support adds to a growing list of compatible actions, including the Remington 700, Tikka T1X, CZ 457 and Ruger 10/22. This broad platform support reaffirms MDT’s push for cross-platform modularity.
MSRP is $1,149.95. The MDT ACC Premier GEN2 for the Ruger American Rimfire rifle is available now via mdttac.com and authorized dealers.
