CCI Ammunition has announced two new rimfire loads—Mini-Mag .22LR 40-grain Segmented Hollow Point and .17HMR 17-grain VNT Tipped.

Mini-Mag is one of CCI’s most popular product lines, and the new .22LR Mini-Mag Segmented Hollow Point combines all of what made the original a favorite. The 40-grain bullet is engineered to split into three equally sized parts on impact, creating three distinct wound channels that quickly take down small game and varmints. It also features CCI’s reliable priming and specialized powders for clean and consistent ignition.

The new .17HMR VNT utilizes a 17-grain Speer bullet, which has an extremely thin jacket and polymer for long range accuracy. CCI says that “It’s the perfect combination for hunting varmints or shooting at the range.”

The Mini-Mag .22LR 40-grain Segmented Hollow Point is available in 100-count packs, and the .17HMR 17-grain VNT Tipped come in 50-count packs.

“Shooters can now devastate varmints or drill targets with these new products,” said Brian Anderson, senior marketing manager for CCI. “We know our customers will be pleased with both options.”
