New: SAUER 100 Rifles With H-S Precision Stocks

New from J.P. Sauer and Sohn are two rifles, the SAUER 100 LWT (lightweight) and Pantera XT, both with H-S Precision stocks.

The two models are the first in the SAUER rifle lineup sporting American-made H-S Precision stocks, which have a lightweight 7075-aluminum bedding block incorporating Kevlar, fiberglass and carbon material.

Available calibers are .308 Win., 6.5 mm Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC and .300 Win. Mag.

Both the LWT and Pantera XT rifles are designed for precision shooters and hunters, with a SAUER bolt, adjustable single-stage trigger (from 2.2 to 4.2 pounds), five-round detachable double-stack magazine, three-position safety and cold hammer-forged German steel barrel. From the company: “Accurate, rugged and reliable … these SAUER 100 rifles deliver a guaranteed five-shot, sub-MOA performance.”

The SAUER 100 LWT H-S Precision rifle features a cerakoted barrel that is fluted and threaded. Barrel length is 22 inches for standard calibers and 24 inches for magnum. The total weight of the rifle is seven pounds for standard calibers, rising to 7.2 pounds for the magnum.

As for the SAUER Pantera XT, it has a semi-weight barrel, black cerakoted, and fluted and threaded. Barrel length is 20 inches for standard calibers and 22 inches in magnum, ideal for suppressors. Total weight ranges from seven to 7.2 pounds, depending on model. All SAUER S100s take Remington M700 Long Action bases.
