Starline Brass expands its rifle cartridge case offerings with the addition of 8.6 Blackout to its lineup of high-quality brass.

Using a .338-inch diameter bullet, the 8.6 Blackout was designed as a suppressed, subsonic round capable of firing a heavier projectile than the .300 Blackout. Additionally, it can be used in supersonic applications.

Several companies offer both bolt-action and AR-10 style rifles chambered in 8.6 Blackout.

According to the company, Starline’s 8.6 Blackout brass is “produced with the same demanding quality control standards that Starline has become known for and is available for much less than the price of comparable quality cases.”

Starline’s case lineup now includes 6 mm ARC, .270 Win., .30-’06 Sprg., 300 HAM'R, 350 Legend, .348 Win., .375 Win., 5.56x45 mm, .222 Rem., .30-30 Winc and 7.65 French Long.

Price for the new 8.6 Blackout brass from Starline is $178 for 250 cases, with 500 at $332.50 and 1,000 units for $621, the latter bringing the price down to 62 cents apiece. If you are interested, be sure to act fast, because 8.6 Blackout brass cartridge cases from Starline will only be available while supplies last. Go to starlinebrass.com.
