At the 2016 SHOT Show, Safariland announced the unveiling of its Model 086 Shotgun Shell Holder. The Model 086 will address competitive shooter needs for increased speed of removal and loading of multiple shells with its customized adjustments and secured fit for rapid movements during 3-gun competitions.

With its unique patent-pending retaining plates that keep the shotgun shells from dislodging while running and gunning, the Model 086 adds speed, agility and a secured fit to those participating in 3-gun and multi-gun competitions.

Other key features of Safariland’s Model 086 Shotgun Shell Holder include:

  • Holds four (4) or eight (8) 12-gauge shotgun shells
  • Sturdy aluminum back plate allows for ride height and angled cant adjustments as well as a wide variety of shell lengths
  • Available with the Safariland ELS 34 Locking Fork and 744BL Belt Clip that will fit a 1.5” to 2.25” width belt

“Safariland continues to be a leader in developing innovative, practical products that set a new standard in 3-gun and multi-gun competitions,” said Scott Carnahan, Vice President, Equipment, and Team Safariland Manager. “Competitive shooters will value the Model 086 Shotgun Shell Holder’s retaining plates for fast removal and twin loading.”

Available in black or red, the Model 086 is available now and offered at an MSRP of $48 for the four-round and $98 for the eight-round version. Learn more at www.safariland.com.
