NCAA collegiate rifle athletes Isabella Baldwin (U.S. Naval Academy), Griffin Lake and Camryn Camp (both West Virginia University) all earned Junior Olympic Championship titles at the 2025 competition hosted by CMP and held in Talladega and Anniston, Alabama, from April 13-18.

Baldwin, a sophomore at the Naval Academy, captured the Women’s 10m Air Rifle title after an exciting final. The Nashville, Tennessee, native shot the number one overall qualification score of 1259.5 to secure her spot in the final. Baldwin, a Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association All-American in both smallbore and air rifle last year, stood on top of the podium alongside silver medalist Makenzie Larson and bronze medalist Elijah Spencer.

Lake, a sophomore at WVU, had a stellar Junior Olympics, walking away from the competition with two titles: Men’s 10m Air Rifle and Men’s 50m Rifle 3-Position. Lake, of Emmaus, Pennsylvania, earned his way into the Men’s Air Rifle final with a qualification score of 1255.2. He claimed the air rifle championship after outshooting teammate Jacob Wisman, who finished second. In addition, Brandon Evans joined the duo on the podium with a third-place finish.

Lake had an impressive smallbore rifle showing as well, shooting the top overall qualification score of 1147-36X. He went on to win the Men’s 50m Rifle 3-Position final, with Braden Peiser finishing close behind in second place and Tyler Wee in third. Lake, Peiser and Wee all shot aggregate qualification scores of 1147, but Lake topped the X-count with 36 Xs.

A freshman at WVU, Camp earned her spot on the top of the podium in the Women’s 50m Rifle 3-Position event. A native of Hillsboro, Texas, she shot the top qualification score of 1143-44X, landing her in the final. Camp took the gold, with Gabriela Zych the runner-up and Spencer finishing in third place.

Peiser was recognized during the award ceremony for receiving the U.S. Distinguished International Shooters Badge in 2024—the highest honor in international marksmanship. Braden is one of only three USA Shooting athletes to receive this prestigious award in the past year.

Eley also presented its All-American awards to air rifle and smallbore rifle athletes.
