SHOT Show 2025 drew close to 54,000 attendees, showcasing more than 2,800 exhibitors and the latest innovations from the firearm industry. SHOT Show is the premier event to highlight the innovation and technology trends that will shape the future of firearms and related products.

Here are five interesting products that our team of experts found at SHOT Show 2025 in Las Vegas this past January.

Caldwell ClayCopter

This new target system is an alternative to traditional clay shooting for shotgunners. A lightweight (three pounds), motorized handheld launcher can shoot one or two biodegradable discs—called ClayCopters—to distances as far as 100 yards. Plus, Caldwell ClayCopter target discs are 70% lighter than traditional clays and are designed to break only when shot, not when they hit the ground. In addition, a unique flight pattern mimics real game flight, depending on the weather conditions and settings controlled by the user that is operating the Caldwell ClayCopter launcher. MSRP: $219.99, caldwellshooting.com

Lapua 7 mm PRC Brass

For those who handload at competition’s cutting edge, quality 7 mm PRC cases have been in rather short supply. By the third quarter of 2025, Lapua brass in 7 mm PRC should be available to help address that shortage. Lapua brass enjoys a reputation for longevity among handloaders, which helps to compensate for its expense—an expense that’s reflected in its consistent quality—especially important when launching smaller bullets from smaller cartridge cases. MSRP: $195.99 per box, lapua.com

Silencer Central Banish 9K Suppressor

Mounting options include direct-thread 1/2x28 TPI or 13.5x1 LH metric—plus, the Banish 9K suppressor is full-automatic rated for 9 mm Luger supersonic and .300 Blackout subsonic loads. Sometimes, heading out to the range for live-fire practice is not feasible. Whether it’s the price of ammunition, weather conditions or travel time, dry fire may be your best solution. The DryFireMag trigger reset magazine allows you to dry-fire practice with the same firearm you use to compete or carry concealed without having to reset the trigger. The company also offers target systems to take your practice to the next level. MSRP: $98.99 to $108.99, dryfiremag.com
