Browning Ammunition has introduced a new line of rifle ammunition for deer and big-game hunters called the Silver Series.

Silver Series ammunition celebrates Browning’s timeless traditions of big-game hunting with a modern version of the classic soft point bullet. Heavy-for-caliber projectiles with precision-plated bullet jackets deliver hard-hitting energy capable of taking on the toughest game in North America.

While this new offering utilizes proven, traditional bullet technology, the company said “this isn’t your grandpa’s cartridge.” As such, Browning Ammunition took additional measure to modernize the soft point bullet, such as nickel plating for corrosion resistance and smooth feeding, while also selecting heavy projectiles that will hit game hard and provide optimal penetration.

Ten Browning Silver Series calibers are available now: .30-06 Springfield, .308 Win., .270 Win., .30-30 Win., .243 Win., .300 Win. Mag., 7 mm Rem. Mag., 6.5 mm Creedmoor, 350 Legend and 6.8 Western.

The new Silver Series loads are packed in 20-round boxes. You can view the current offerings in the lineup (along with pertinent data) in the table below.
