Federal plans to launch its highly-touted Custom Ammo Shop this summer, and if you are headed to Indianapolis later this week for the 2019 NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits you can catch a sneak peak of the new service. Billed by Federal as "revolutionary," Custom Shop ammunition will include products not listed in the company catalog.

Essentially, Federal Custom Shop ammunition will be built to customer needs. Each round will be handloaded by Federal engineers in a state-of-the-art reloading workshop. Extra quality checks will ensure consistent accuracy and velocity for optimum performance. At final inspection, loads are hand-checked once again and cleaned before packing. And so this custom ammo doesn't get mixed up on your ammo shelf, the packaging is personalized.

At launch, there will be several centerfire rifle offerings in a variety of bullet and caliber options. Bullet choices include favorites such as Federal, Nosler, Sierra, Berger, Swift and more. You can choose from up to 10 different bullets and from over 10 different cartridges. Additionally, there will be shotshell loads available, such as Tungsten Super Shot offerings for hunting. More specific info is forthcoming.

For more information, visit Federal in Indy at the NRA Annual Meetings at Booth #4955. Not attending the NRA Annual Meetings?
