2024 Jack Link’s Cup: Madison Sharpe Wins Main Event Lady Title

Team Remington’s Madison Sharpe secured the Main Event Lady division title at the 2024 Jack Link’s Cup, held at Quail Creek Sporting Ranch in Okeechobee, Fla., Feb. 13-18.

At the 2024 Jack Link’s Cup, Team Remington’s Madison Sharpe captured the Lady division title in the Main Event over 96 talented competitors. The match was held at the Quail Creek Sporting Ranch in Okeechobee, Florida, February 13-18.

Sharpe also won several other events at the match, including the Red and Blue Course Prelims, also ranking fourth in both the Five-Stand and Super Sporting events.

She finished the Red course with a score of 64, the White course with 61 and the Blue course with 58 for a total of 183 points of 200.

For her Lady division victory in the Jack Link’s Cup Main Event, Sharpe earned a payout of $6,000.

As for Five-Stand, Sharpe walked away with a score of 94 to finish in fourth place in the Lady division. Her score was only one point behind the top three shooters in the Five-Stand event. In addition, in the Super Sporting event Sharpe scored 93 points, which was also good for fourth place on the Lady division leaderboard.

In all, Sharpe left the 2024 Jack Link’s Cup with a total payout of $7,696.77.

There were more Team Remington shooters that excelled at this year’s Jack Link’s Cup in Florida.

Continuing his impressive two-week run after his big victory at the Caribbean Cup in February, Brandon Powell was the runner-up in the 2024 Jack Link’s Cup Main Event out of 1,107 shooters, as well as the overall winner in the Five-Stand competition.

Powell’s Main Event final score of 193 was only two points behind the winner, Joseph Fanizzi. As for Five-Stand, his winning score was 100, three points ahead of the runner-up, James Attwood.

Powell left Florida and the 2024 Jack Link’s Cup with a total payout of $22,051, including $15,000 for his runner-up performance in the Main Event.

More top finishes from Team Remington included Turner Parcell in third place overall in the Main Event and runner-up in the Junior Main Event. He finished the Main Event with a score of 189.

Next, Todd Hitch had several great results at the event including runner-up in the FITASC Junior Event, third place overall in Wednesday’s Blue Prelim and the top spot in the Blue Prelim Junior Event.

Team Remington competes with Remington Premier shotshells. The team’s trapshooters, skeet and sporting competitors shoot the Premier STS and Premier Nitro families of ammunition.
