Burris Optics sponsored shooter Camdyn Powers successfully captured two top spots at this year’s Utah’s Rimfire Revival – The Revenge competition, held at the North Springs Shooting Range near Price, Utah, on April 20. Powers finished at the top of the overall leaderboard and also won the Ladies division at the match.

This NRL22X match saw many of the best precision rimfire shooters in the country travel to Utah for a top-notch competition. (NRL22X is a division of the National Rifle League.) The 2024 Utah’s Rimfire Revival – The Revenge match tasked shooters with 15 stages featuring targets extending to 300 yards.

Camdyn Powers has proven herself to be a powerhouse competitor in the precision rimfire world. Last year, she wrapped up a successful season by claiming the NRL22 Ladies Season Championship title at the 2023 NLR22 National Championship. By topping the overall leaderboard at the 2024 Utah’s Rimfire Revival – The Revenge competition, as well as winning the Ladies division, Powers is setting the stage for another dominant year behind the trigger.

Powers relies on the Burris XTR Pro riflescope, which the company developed specifically for Precision Rifle Series- and National Rifle League-style competitive shooting.

“Camdyn is quite the rising star in the competitive shooting world,” Burris Optics Director of Marketing Jordan Egli said. “Her prowess with the rimfire platform comes from an immense well of talent and from a lot of hard work on the practice range. All of us at Burris Optics congratulates Camdyn for another job well done, and we anticipate another winning season ahead of her.”

Notably, Camdyn Powers was interviewed for the Shooting Sports USA Range Bag column earlier this year.

More about NRL22X matches: “[These] matches are field-style competitions with shooters using .22 Long Rifle-chambered rifles to engage targets that are up to 350 yards away from various barricades.”
