Dania Vizzi Qualifies For USA Shooting Women’s Skeet Team

Team Winchester and Team White Flyer shooter Dania Vizzi will be on the U.S. Women’s Skeet Team heading to the Paris 2024 Olympics this summer.

Dania Vizzi, a member of Team Winchester and Team White Flyer, has qualified for the U.S. Shotgun team headed to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games this summer. She will compete on the USA Shooting Women’s Skeet team at the Games.

Including Vizzi, eight shotgun athletes qualified to represent the United States after completing the U.S. Olympic Trials-Shotgun Part 2, held at the Tucson Trap and Skeet Club in Tucson, Arizona, March 11-17. The other shotgun athletes that made the team are Rachel Tozier, Ryann Phillips, Derrick Mein, Will Hinton, Vincent Hancock, Conner Prince and Austen Smith.

This is Vizzi’s first Olympic qualification and follows her gold medal in the Mixed Team Skeet event earned at the 2023 Pan American Games, along with garnering a silver medal at the 2023 ISSF World Championship.

For competition, Vizzi uses the Winchester AA International, 24-gram No. 9, 1,325 f.p.s. target load.

The Paris 2024 Olympic Games will take place in Paris, France, July 26-August 11. The final Team USA roster for the Olympic and Paralympic Games will be announced this summer, pending approval by the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee.
