In a strategic move aimed at consolidating operations, The Kinetic Group (TKG) has officially added Fiocchi of America to its growing roster of ammunition brands. The acquisition also grants TKG exclusive U.S. rights to Baschieri & Pellagri (B&P), enhancing the company’s reach in the premium shotshell market.

Fiocchi will join a well-known group of TKG brands that includes CCI, Federal, HEVI-Shot, Remington and Speer. Operations for Fiocchi—and TKG’s HEVI-Shot brand—will be centralized in Ozark, Missouri, a move intended to streamline logistics and expand manufacturing capacity. HEVI-Shot, which currently operates out of Sweet Home, Oregon, will begin its relocation immediately, with a full transition expected by the end of 2025.

Jason Vanderbrink, Chairman and CEO of The Kinetic Group, emphasized that Ozark’s proximity to Springfield and its legacy in outdoor and Second Amendment culture make it an ideal hub for ammunition production.

“We’re excited to have Fiocchi of America officially join of our group of world-leading ammunition brands. The Ozark, Missouri facility, where Fiocchi shotshells are currently loaded, will become a center-of-excellence for shotshell products,” Vanderbrink said. “Ozark is just outside of Springfield, Missouri, a fantastic location for ammunition manufacturing, the outdoors, conservation and support of the Second Amendment. HEVI-Shot will have a great new home here and will continue its 25-year legacy of loading the best steel, tungsten and bismuth shot for waterfowl and upland hunters.”

While marking the end of a 25-year chapter for HEVI-Shot in Oregon, Vanderbrink reassured that product quality will remain consistent.

“The community of Sweet Home, Oregon, is where HEVI-Shot was born in 2000. We want to thank them for being an excellent location for one of our best brands,” Vanderbrink said. “HEVI-Shot products will be made to the same exacting specifications as hunters have come to know and trust. There will be no difference in look, feel and quality.”

The news follows CSG’s acquisition of The Kinetic Group in late 2024, which brought the nearly 150-year-old Fiocchi Ammunition brand into its Ammo+ division. The integration signals continued investment in American manufacturing with a global reach, solidifying TKG’s position as one of the biggest ammunition producers in the world.
