ELEY Announces 2016-17 High School All-American Program

ELEY recently announced they will continue the High School All-American Program for rifle shooting. The program began last year with 13 inaugural student-athletes being recognized from throughout the country.

The High School All-American Program encourages student-athletes to pursue excellence academically and in the sport. The top-10 averages in both air and smallbore rifle will be recognized as a H.S. All-American. Athletes will need to fire a certain amount of matches to be eligible. A per-shot average will be calculated from the scores submitted. Each H.S. All-American will receive a number coin and certificate of achievement. The top average in each event will receive an ELEY Tenex test at the U.S. test facility in Winters, TX, along with 2500 rounds of selected Tenex ammunition.

H.S. All-American Program eligibility criteria includes being an American citizen, as well a a full-time high school student with a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher. Student-athletes must fire a minimum of three scores from a variety of national-level matches.
