Brandon Powell Tops Seminole Cup Main Event Leaderboard

Team Remington’s Brandon Powell boasted a perfect performance in the 2024 Seminole Cup’s Main Event, running 200 straight targets.

Team Remington’s Brandon Powell walked away from the 2024 Seminole Cup Sporting Clays Championship with the Main Event title after claiming 200 straight targets. The match was held at Broadfield Plantation in Woodbine, Ga., Feb. 28 to Mar. 3.

Team Remington pro shooter Brandon Powell recently notched another victory at the 2024 Seminole Cup, garnering the Main Event title with an incredible performance at the match held at Broadfield Plantation in Woodbine, Georgia, February 28 to March 3.

Powell won the High Over All designation over the field of 514 sporting clays shooters at the 2024 Seminole Cup by running 200 straight targets. He was perfect with 100 targets on the Red course, and the same number on the Blue course.

For the Main Event victory, Powell earned a payout of $5,000.

Besides winning High Over All in the Main Event, Powell also topped the EZGO Shootout Qualifier leaderboard over 303 shooters with a score of 96. He was also perfect in the Super Sporting event, toppling the 259 shooters in the field with 100 downed targets.

Powell walked away from the 2024 Seminole Cup with a total payout of $8,721.28.

In addition, Powell’s Big Green teammate Turner Parcell posted a third-place finish in the 2024 Seminole Cup Main Event with 190 targets.

Team Remington competes and wins with Remington Premier STS and Premier Nitro shotshells for trap, skeet and sporting clays competition.

“What a great start to the season Brandon is having,” Remington Marketing Director Joel Hodgdon said. “To be perfect at both courses of the event is an incredible feat especially over a deep and talented field of competitors.”
